Custom bathroom renovations with Origin Bathrooms normally start 2 to 6 weeks from the moment. During this period of time, we will bring everything together from finalising the design to finding the necessary materials for the building phase.
Not much, really. As you have already agreed on the design, layout and a detailed scope of works during the design phase, it is time to let the experts get to work. During the construction phase, you will be appointed a project manager who will be your SPOC (single point of contact). The project manager will be in close contact with you, provide updates on the project’s status, and any other developments.
On average, it takes 3 weeks for a bathroom renovation project to be fully complete.
We recommend finding a temporary alternative during this time, as toilets and basins are normally unavailable for 2 weeks.
The installation process should not pose any problems on the rest of your home. However, it depends on your accessibility to an alternate facility – if you have another bathroom in your home or have great neighbours, who are ready to help out, then there is no need for you to move out.
We offer a 7-year warranty on all works completed. Product warranties vary and are dictated by the manufacturer.

From the projects we completed last year, the average single bathroom full renovation price was $20,000 to $30,000. The prices include the supply and installation of all items.
